Product Description

This is a GN1Performance "STROKER KIT" for a 1986 or 1987 Buick Grand National, T Type, Turbo T, or GNX 3.8 liter turbo V6.The stroker kit you guys have been waitin for. This kit comes with a 3.625 stroker crank, GN1 5.970 h beam rods, and JE pistons. This kit has the extra edge for mid range and top end due to the advange of our 5.970 rods verses the standard 5.960 rods most other kits use.

KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A 4340 CRANK SHAFT, NOT 4140. THIS 4340 MATERIAL WILL SUPPORT 1000-1200 HP EASILY.

*In some cases, minor machine work may be required depending on your application, by this we mean checking the journal tolerances and rod clearances.

*When building an engine of this nature we HIGHLY recommend you install the 2 Billet Center Main Caps, ARP Main Studs, ARP Head Studs, and a set of Cometic Head Gaskets. These items will ensure you are assembling a bulletproof bottom end.
