This is a "GN1Performance Aluminum Oil Splash Guard" for a 1986 or 1987 Buick Grand National, T Type, Turbo T, or GNX 3.8 liter turbo V6. This pan is designed to take the place of a valley pan gasket when running Fel-Pro 1200. This pan blocks hot oil from splashing up on the bottom of the intake manifold avoiding excess heat to the Intake Manifold. Also features notches for push rod clearance. Just lay a bead of silicone (top and bottom) and sandwich the lips between the block and the intake manifold and your done!
